About Me

Massage Therapy is no longer a luxury but vital modality to improve your overall well-being. The benefits of Massage Therapy are vast and here are just a few examples: enhanced sleep quality, better range of motion of joints, decreased anxiety, greater energy, improved concentration and less muscular soreness and tension.

My goal is to provide customized sessions to repair muscular tissue due to injury, repetitive motion, postural patterns, scoliosis, training and/or daily workouts and plain old day to day stress. I will take a Holistic approach to your sessions by adding specific Essential Oils, supplements and strengthening exercises.
